So, I think I walked 3 miles today. It's hard to know, since I just kept walking after I did my 2.5 miles...I started walking a different path than normal, so I hadn't measured it. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up a can of mace and maybe a polar watch to help with my walks. I am afraid to walk by myself sometimes, because of unfamiliar dogs. I figure the mace will work on dogs, as well as humans.

I wore a new outfit today, one that my husband, my mom, my MIL all hated. BUT, I had so many people come to me before, during, and after church to ask if I was loosing weight, that I looked great. So, I'm wearing it tomorrow and the next day too! :o)
