188.5! :o( El Nopal! NO MORE! Guess it could be that I started today...thought I did Thursday, but that was a false start. Didn't get a walk in yesterday, but heading out in just a bit. Stayed on plan for my food though...except for my salad at El Nopal with salsa and some crumpled chips. That really should not mess me up though.....
